While we do not accept returns on merchandise purchased from our store (including items from our artisan or maker products), we do offer exchanges for the certain items if a different size, color, or design is requested and available.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange must be submitted within 15 days of order receipt. Orders are not eligible for return unless damage occurs in transit.
If a product arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted within 5 days from receipt of shipment. Photographs of the damage must be submitted with the claim. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded.

Refunds for damaged items will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days if a replacement item is unavailable (time varies by credit card merchant.)
To exchange your product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return shipping address. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of exchange unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
