Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated our shipping options to help better accommodate our customers during this time. As of 05/01/2020, the following shipping offers will remain in place:
All online orders over $30 will receive free standard shipping. Any orders under that amount will be charged a shipping fee.
We also offer free in-store and curbside pickup. All you need to do for curbside is text us at 361-444-3998 when you arrive and we will run your order out to your car.
Our products are typically shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted, using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. In-stock items will ship as soon as we can get them on their way to you. Made to order items (i.e. PRESALE items) will ship after the estimated time listed on the product description.
An email confirmation will be sent to the address provided when placing your order.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
To return your product, email us at email@example.com or call us at 361.444.3998 to receive directions on return shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be submitted within 15 days of order receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
